Job Summary
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in their homes; collect, record, and analyze data on client progress under the supervision of a BCBA; coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy programs; provide feedback to parents/guardians on daily activities and progress; implement and refine individualized ABA therapy programs; assist in developing behavior intervention plans; communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure effective therapy and support; follow instructions diligently and collaborate with a team or work independently as needed; must have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- RBT certification preferred or commitment to obtain within 60 days
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification
