Job Summary
Implement direct behavior analytic services for children and young adults with developmental disabilities under BCBA or BCaBA supervision. Execute client individualized care plans, behavioral intervention programs, and evidence-based curricula while providing training and guidance to client teams and staff. Utilize problem-solving skills to determine client and staff training needs, intervening promptly in crisis or emergency situations. Complete 40-hour RBT training and certification within four months of employment. Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, with varying hours and a requirement to work one or two weekends monthly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete and pass criminal background check
- Completion of 40-hour RBT training requirement and certification within 4 months of employment
- Knowledge of Windows, Intranet, Internet and Telehealth technology
- Ability to access, manipulate, organize, and relay information in meaningful ways using emails, phones, etc.
- Effective skills in organization and communication – both written and oral
- Ability to direct the work of individuals served using problem solving skills, adapt to rapid change, and be able to intervene promptly in crisis/emergency situations
- RBT experience with training in the principles and techniques of Applied Behavioral Analysis, including understanding behavioral plans and behavior analytical services
- Must be available for one or two weekends a month 8:30am-12pm
- Pass mandatory drug test
- Compliance to mandatory flu policy
- I-9 document verification
