Registered Behavior Technician - Home/Community Based

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Home/Community Based is a full-time role supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder across multiple programs and settings in the Phoenix metro area (North Phoenix, Mesa, Central Phoenix, and Scottsdale). Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior and treatment plans, support communication, social, daily living, and independent skills, facilitate one-on-one and group sessions, participate in community outings, and collect data while collaborating with the clinical team. The position offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, set schedules, multiple placement options, and opportunities for training, supervision, and career advancement within Southwest Behavioral & Health Services, a large nonprofit provider of behavioral health services.
