Job Summary
Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and collect data to monitor treatment progress. Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans while maintaining clear communication lines with clients, families, and supervisors. Physically keep up with children aged 2-15 years old, requiring activities such as standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, and running. Be responsive to the needs of clients and their families, managing multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment. This home-based role offers flexible part-time, evening, or afternoon hours with potential for guaranteed hours. Proud Moments ABA provides paid training and support to ensure confidence in executing treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT certification
- Currently certified with Nevada ABA board (willing to obtain certification if from another state)
- Access to reliable transportation
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
