Registered Behavior Technician - Home Based - Las Vegas

Job Summary

Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for children with autism in a home-based setting. Collect data to monitor treatment progress and report findings, while supporting BCBA with training families on individualized plans. Be responsive to client and family needs, maintaining clear communication lines with supervisors and applicable parties. Physically keep pace with children aged 2-15, requiring activities such as standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, and squatting. Complete any additional tasks outlined by the BCBA or LBA. Requires current RBT certification, Nevada ABA board certification, and reliable transportation. Flexible part-time, evening, or afternoon hours available with potential for guaranteed hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification
  • Currently certified with Nevada ABA board (willing to obtain certification if from another state)
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
