Job Summary
Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and collect data to monitor treatment progress. Support BCBA with training families on individualized treatment plans while maintaining clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors. Physically keep pace with children aged 2-15 years, requiring activities such as standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, and running. Be responsive to client and supervisor needs and complete any additional tasks outlined by BCBA or LBA. This home-based role offers flexible part-time, evening, or afternoon hours with paid training and support.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT certification
- Currently certified with Nevada ABA board (willing to obtain certification if from another state)
- Access to reliable transportation
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
