Job Summary
Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA and collect data on client behaviors and progress towards goals. Provide direct support to clients in homes, schools, or community environments while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behavioral health. Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and strong communication skills are required, with RBT certification and active school badges preferred. Positions are available full-time, part-time, or contract in Longwood, Kissimmee, and Davenport, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
Desired Qualifications
- RBT Certification
- Active school badge for working in schools
- Previous experience providing ABA therapy in home or school settings
