Job Summary
Provide direct client ABA services for early-intervention children in 1:1 and group settings in home, school, or clinic environments while under BCBA supervision. Follow treatment plan protocols and record data as written, including collecting, recording, and summarizing data on observable client behavior using specific computer and electronic devices. Assist with caregiver skills training and adhere to organizational policies and the BACB Ethics Code. No required weekend or evening sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma
- Proof of employment eligibility
- Valid drivers license
- Proof of valid car insurance
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Active RBT credential
- Experience working with children with exceptionalities
