Job Summary
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism, supported by a lead Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, collecting data to track student progress, and creating personalized interventions. Required qualifications include fields of study in ABA, psychology, or related areas, a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate, and experience with children with developmental issues. Required Qualifications
- Relevant Fields of Study: Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Human Services
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate
- Crisis Intervention Training
- Sexual Harassment and Mandated Reporter Training
- CPR, AED, and First Aid Training
