Job Summary
Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings while implementing individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Collect and record data on client progress, assist in developing behavior intervention strategies, and participate in team meetings and training sessions. Maintain a positive relationship with clients and their families while adhering to BACB ethical guidelines. Requires current RBT certification (preferred), high school diploma, and experience with autism or developmental disabilities. Flexible part-time schedule with competitive pay.
