Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building care plans as an integral member of the clinical team while recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families, providing services in clients' homes or community-based locations. This part-time role requires a 6-month commitment and RBT certification, with paid training provided for those without prior experience. Candidates must possess patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

- Experience in education or early childhood development

- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
