Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans, while recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for children with Autism and connect with families. Deliver these services in clients' homes or community-based locations as part of a robust clinical team. Candidates must hold RBT certification and commit to a six-month term. Paid training is provided for those without prior experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in education or early childhood development
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in after-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
