Job Summary
Entry-level Registered Behavior Technician in a center-based ABA setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years. Implement treatment plans, collect data, write insurance notes, and collaborate with a team to support development and safety. Requires one-on-one engagement, lifting up to 30 lbs, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Must complete the RBT certification within 20 days of employment and have a High School diploma. Positive, energetic environment with supervision and ongoing training in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Highschool diploma
- Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment by passing a 40-hour training curriculum, hands on competency assessment, registering for an exam, and passing the board’s exam
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Lift and move with children in a fast paced environment, which includes the ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to maintain safety and a tidy work environment in a center-based setting
