Registered Behavior Technician - Emporia, VA

Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection system while supporting communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development. Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans, and collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to support client progress. Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
