Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Elkhart County, part of LOGAN Community Resources, provides 1:1 instructional and behavioral intervention programs under supervision. The role emphasizes hands-on ABA-based support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, data collection, progress documentation, and participation in training and parent meetings. Responsibilities include implementing ABA treatment plans, observing and recording behavior, assisting with client arrivals/departures, documenting services for billing, attending meetings, and collaborating with the supervisory team to ensure quality care. On-site supervision from BCBA/Assistant Program Manager, full-time hours with a focus on reducing burnout via smaller caseloads and structured support. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Ability to interact well with children
