Job Summary
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides support in residential programs and assists in delivering behavior analytics under the guidance of an RBT supervisor. Responsibilities include implementing behavior interventions, data collection, and reporting on target behaviors, as well as assisting individuals with skills training in daily living activities. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, current RBT certification, and preferably 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a valid driver's license, are required. Physical demands include lifting up to 30 pounds and climbing stairs.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician certification
- 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- DSP Certification
Additional Requirements
