Job Summary

Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy, collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions. Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and various teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan while working collaboratively with a BCBA to implement basic principles and teaching procedures. Maintain a positive attitude as an active participant in team activities, meetings, and training, ensuring consistency and reliability for the child's success. Perform physical tasks requiring the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, stand, and lift items up to 50 lbs with strong eye-hand coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or College Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to pass a background screen, reference checks, and drug screen
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time standing as well as an ability to lift items up to 50 lbs
  • Endurance to move quickly from a seated position to a standing position to accommodate the treatment plan and/ or for the safety of the patient
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity enough to operate office equipment, etc.
