Job Summary
Deliver behavioral interventions grounded in behavior analysis to support skill development and reduce problematic behaviors for clients with autism and developmental delays. Establish therapeutic relationships with clients, caregivers, and families while collecting accurate data per program specifications. Maintain administrative functions, attend assigned trainings and supervision meetings, and operate as a mandated reporter. Provide direct support during evening cases between 4:00pm and 7:00pm daily. Complete required RBT credentials within three months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to physically stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and squat while exerting (lift, carry, push or pull) 5-10lbs. constantly, 25lbs. frequently and up to 100lbs. occasionally
- Satisfactory results of required Federal, State and provider specific background checks
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (e.g. education, counseling, psychology, sociology, behavioral health) and related work experience
