Job Summary
Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings; implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs; collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR); collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals; maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff; support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities
