Job Summary
In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions for children with autism, under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs, collecting and recording session data in EMR, collaborating with families to support treatment goals, maintaining communication with supervising clinicians, and applying evidence-based ABA strategies to promote communication, social, and daily living skills in home or clinic settings.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities
