Job Summary
Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to individuals in a clinic setting by implementing treatment goals under BCBA supervision. Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, and social-skills while tracking client progress and program data. Deliver adequate feedback regarding progress to your supervisor and adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and patient information safeguards. Work independently while maintaining constant communication with management and staff on all assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
- effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- reliable transportation
- ability to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis
