Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Must be available to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds) and complete required certifications and background checks. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid and TB test (or ability to obtain), and able to work in a team. Pay range $18-$24 per hour. Structured training provided; equal opportunity employer. Location: Laveen, Arizona, USA (in-person role).
Required Qualifications
