Job Summary
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to support skill development and independence while collecting and recording accurate data on patient progress. Assist with caregiver training and family education, collaborating with supervising clinicians to ensure quality care delivery and maintain compliance with NC licensure and RBT certification standards. This role requires current RBT certification and at least two years of prior ABA experience, with a preference for working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Flexible shifts are available to fit your schedule, with opportunities to expand skills in applied behavior analysis and therapeutic interventions within a multidisciplinary team focused on rehabilitation and clinical excellence across North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT certification
- At least 2 years prior work experience as an ABA
