Registered Behavior Technician

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to support skill development and independence while collecting and recording accurate data on patient progress. Assist with caregiver training and family education, collaborating with supervising clinicians to ensure quality care delivery and maintain compliance with NC licensure and RBT certification standards. This role requires current RBT certification and at least two years of prior ABA experience, with a preference for working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
