Job Summary
Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism in a center-based environment. Build skills through play and connection while tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology. Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with. Prepare for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days of employment. This role requires full-time availability Monday–Friday between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Candidates must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent and possess reliability and compassion. Physical readiness includes pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds. At Caravel, we help children with autism discover their potential and support their families through individualized treatment plans guided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
- Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
- Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment — we'll prepare you
- Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services — experience with children is a plus
