Job Summary
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community environments. Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability while facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. Track client progress and program data, and provide adequate feedback regarding progress to your supervisor. Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures, observing confidentiality and safeguarding all patient-related information. This role supports a holistic approach to integrated care for people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a certified behavior technician certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
- Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
