Job Summary

Deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy to teach communication, social, play, and everyday life skills while implementing behavior support plans and ensuring client safety. Track client progress during sessions using electronic devices and maintain flexible availability across daytime, after-school, and evening shifts. Provide physical assistance with children and equipment up to 50 lbs, requiring reliable transportation to travel between client locations. Engage actively with children using energy and patience throughout the day, involving floor work, kneeling, and frequent transitions.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Recent experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Must maintain open and flexible availability across multiple days and times throughout the week to support client scheduling needs, including daytime, after-school, and evening sessions as assigned
  • Personal and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable driving to client homes
  • Access and ability to use a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data
  • Ability to lift or assist children and equipment up to 50 lbs
  • 6-months of recent experience as a Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Paraprofessional, Instructional Aide, Special Education Aide, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Caregiver, Respite Worker, Youth Coach, Preschool Teacher, Teacher's Assistant, Childcare Provider, Nanny, Babysitter, Camp Counselor, Tutor, Substitute Teacher, Behavioral Health Technician, Interventionist, Social Services Worker, Foster Care Worker, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Aut...
  • Currently pursuing or have completed college coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Child Development, Sociology, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
