Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home settings under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and maintaining accurate progress data, and collaborating with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support treatment goals. Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment while helping clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion
- Valid CPR and First aid certificate
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
