Job Summary
Deliver behavior analysis services for Norwalk Community School District by implementing behavior intervention plans and ABA programs under BCBA guidance. Responsibilities include implementing behavioral interventions for students with challenging behaviors, training teachers and paraprofessionals on prescribed strategies, collecting and graphing behavioral data, ensuring student safety and confidentiality, collaborating in a team, supporting PBIS across settings, and adhering to BACB ethics and reporting requirements. Requires completing 40-hour RBT training within 1 year and passing a competency assessment within 1 year; High School Diploma or equivalent is required. FLSA status: Non-Exempt.
