Job Summary
Deliver ABA-based intervention to children with autism up to age seven in clients’ homes in a flexible part-time schedule. Requires an active RBT credential, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to travel up to 40 miles, CPR certification, and bilingual Spanish being a plus. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active (or voluntary inactive) RBT credential number on the BACB website
- Experience working as an RBT in ABA terminology and practice
- Experience with children in a professional setting, supporting communication and behavioral needs
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes up to 40 miles from home location
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Vaccination compliance as required by law (or willingness to undergo weekly testing where mandated)
- Able to pass background/reference checks and be eligible to work in the US
- Meet physical requirements of lifting up to 50 pounds, floor play, running, climbing, etc.
