Job Summary
Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following treatment protocols created by BCBA. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach while maintaining a safe, empathetic environment. Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and communicate findings to parents and caregivers. Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing, payroll, and HIPAA policies. Adhere to RBT ethics code and state/federal regulations. Take direction from supervising staff to ensure effective program implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- At least 18+ years of age
- Knowledge of general ABA practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of ABA experience preferred, but not required
