Job Summary
Join Bee Wise Behavior as a Registered Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist) providing ABA services under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized ABA programming, execute behavior intervention plans, teach skills using discrete trial and natural environment teaching, collect data, write session notes, attend meetings, and stay current on best practices. Requires high school diploma or GED; RBT certification preferred; background check and valid driver's license required. Roles include direct client interaction in Hudson, NC with morning/afternoon hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- RBT Certification Preferred
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Organizational and time management skills
- Must pass background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
