Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA programming under BCBAs and execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients using ABA techniques. Apply ABA principles to address behavioral challenges, teach skills through discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, and collect data while writing timely session notes. Attend regular meetings and training to stay current on best practices, ensuring consistent client progress and compliance with company policies. Requires a high school diploma or GED (RBT certification preferred; higher degrees encouraged). Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; background check required.
Required Qualifications

- Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred
