Job Summary
Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Implement individualized ABA programming, execute behavior intervention plans, and collect data while documenting notes. Utilize discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, participate in meetings and training to stay current with best practices, and provide exceptional clinical services to support client progress in home and school environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- RBT Certification Preferred
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Organizational and time management skills
- Must pass background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
