Registered Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist

Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs and execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients using discrete trial and natural environment teaching. Apply principles of applied behavior analysis to address behavioral challenges, teach skills based on client needs and goals, and collect data on client behaviors and skills within appropriate timelines. Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress while attending regular meetings, training, and opportunities to stay current on best practices in the field of ABA. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass background check
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- RBT Certification
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
- Maintain professionalism in client home/school environments
