Job Summary
We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum. Job responsibilities include conducting 1:1 therapy sessions, teaching play, social, and self-help skills, documenting session outcomes, and providing behavior support in group settings. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, strong reliability, and the ability to respond well to feedback. Comprehensive training and opportunities for growth are available.
Required Qualifications
- Completed 40 hour RBT training course
- Previous ABA experience preferred
- Excellent references
- RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
