Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Provide behavior support within group settings and document session outcomes. Teach play, social, and self-help skills as part of supervised therapy. Roles available as Full-time or Part-time with flexible scheduling; compensation $23.00–$27.00 per hour. Requires completion of a 40-hour RBT training course; RBT certification preferred (assistance offered). Energetic, flexible, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed in a supportive, child-centered environment. Eden Prairie, MN-based in-person position with opportunities for training and growth. Benefits include salary increase after 6 months, $250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours, 401(k) matching, PTO, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Completed 40 hour RBT training course
- Previous ABA experience preferred
- Excellent references
- RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
