Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach play, social, and self-help skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Document session outcomes and provide behavior support within group settings. Assist newcomers in attaining RBT certification through comprehensive training. Alight Behavioral serves children on the autism spectrum in a supportive, child-centered environment. Full-time and part-time positions are available with a salary range of $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, including a $250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours.
