Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach play, social, and self-help skills while reducing challenging behaviors in children on the autism spectrum. Document session outcomes and provide behavior support within group settings. Deliver comprehensive training to newcomers and support experienced RBTs in attaining certification. Work full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule and PTO, earning a salary of $23.00 to $27.00 per hour with a bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours. Required Qualifications
- Completed 40 hour RBT training course
- Excellent references
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm with children
- Reliable and dependable
- Responds well to constructive feedback

Desired Qualifications
- Previous ABA experience preferred
- RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
