Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy sessions to teach play, social, and self-help skills while providing behavior support in group settings. Document session outcomes and apply positive reinforcement strategies to help children on the autism spectrum develop new abilities. Deliver comprehensive care in a supportive, child-centered environment with flexible scheduling options. Required Qualifications
- Completed 40 hour RBT training course
- Excellent references
Desired Qualifications
- Previous ABA experience preferred
- RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm with children
- Reliable and dependable
- Responds well to constructive feedback
- Team oriented problem solver
- Strong desire to make a difference in a child's life!
