Registered Behavior Technician - ABA (Livingston, MT)

Prompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors to build communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills. Increases the frequency or duration of appropriate behaviors by providing reinforcers and accurately collects behavior data using A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, event, and interval recording. Follows treatment plan goals and interventions while collaborating with families and the treatment team to ensure effective, uninterrupted care. Educates all stakeholders about ABA-based interventions and functions strictly within the RBT role boundaries. Requires a high school diploma, valid Montana driver's license, and acceptable background checks. Earns $17.75 to $19.70 per hour with health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, tuition advancement, and generous PTO.
