Registered Behavior Technician (1268)

Provide direct ABA therapy as an RBT under BCBA supervision; implement individualized treatment plans focusing on teaching communication, social, and functional skills and reducing problematic behaviors; record data on clients' progress and communicate with the supervising BCBA to ensure effective therapy; engage clients in skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs; support families and caregivers with strategies to implement at home and in the community; participate in team meetings to review client progress and update treatment plans; maintain confidentiality and follow BACB ethical guidelines; complete required documentation and engage in ongoing training.
