Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA guidance; implement individualized behavior plans, collect and record data on client behavior, and help develop essential life skills (motor, hygiene, daily living, potty training, social/emotional) in center or client-home settings. Must maintain a safe environment, travel to client locations as needed, and possess reliable transportation. Requires RBT certification; part-time hours (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm) with benefits including bonus, paid drive time/mileage, PTO, premium pay for evenings/weekends/holidays, stipends, and 401(k) match. Training provided and opportunities for career milestones and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB
