Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children with autism spectrum disorder, using play and patience to teach motor skills, hygiene, and social abilities. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress while maintaining a safe environment. Provide essential life skills training including potty training and daily living tasks. Work variable part-time shifts Monday through Friday between 9:00am-6:00pm, 12:00pm-7:00pm, or 3:00pm-7:00pm. Earn $19.00-$23.00 hourly with a $1,000 bonus for experienced candidates, plus paid RBT certification training and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software
- Must have one of these availabilities, Monday – Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm, or 12:00pm-7:00pm, or 3:00pm-7:00pm
