Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician – Full Time in Williamsburg, VA, within Ivy ABA. Under BCBA supervision, assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions; support clinicians and families to teach new skills and techniques for children with autism. Communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients; join a dedicated Ivy Rehab Network focused on authentic, inclusive care and ongoing professional development in ABA, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
- Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
