Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one behavioral interventions with students across various settings to support their development goals. Maintain certification through required continuing education and supervision per BACB standards. Complete para-assessment tasks and document progress as part of daily clinical duties. This role offers flexible scheduling options including local contracts and travel assignments nationwide. Weekly pay and full medical benefits begin on the first day.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- RBT certification must be maintained through continuing education and supervision as required by BACB standards
- 60 college credits, para-assessment, or Registered Behavior Technician certification
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, education or a related field
