Job Summary
Provide high-quality clinical nursing care in clients’ homes under care plans and clinical protocols, including administering medications and treatments, wound and catheter care, and coordinating support services. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing care plans, supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers, liaising with families and health professionals, documenting care, responding to changes in client condition, and supporting palliative and end-of-life care. Requires current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, valid driver’s licence, National Police Check, and unrestricted work rights in Australia with the ability to travel locally for in-home care. Flexible shifts with short or long hours and travel cost coverage are offered, along with competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Experience in home care, aged care, community health, or hospital nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel locally to provide in-home care
