Job Summary
Manage RESP account administration, process RRSP withdrawals, and perform special processing for estates, home buyers, LLPs, marriage breakdowns, and court orders. Set up recurring events and provide ongoing support for PACs and SWPs while ensuring control accounts are reconciled by established deadlines. Respond to client service inquiries related to registered products and process requests from advisors and clients according to service level agreements. This role requires onsite presence four days per week with potential overtime during peak periods. A minimum of one year in registered accounts experience and post-secondary education are required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year registered accounts experience
- Post-secondary education
- Knowledge of Registered Accounts/Products
- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of client tax reporting
- Overtime may be required during peak periods
- In-office work model
- Onsite four days per week
