Job Summary
Apprenticeship opportunity for a Commis Chef with 12 months of paid on-the-job training, aiming to complete a Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship. Responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, cooking elements of high quality dishes, preparing vegetables, meats and fish, assisting other chefs, helping with deliveries and restocking, stock rotation, cleaning stations, and upholding kitchen and food safety standards. Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends with flexible hours to fit work-life balance. Paid hourly with tips; 30 hours per week plus 25 days of paid holiday.
