Job Summary
Assist in food preparation, cook and prepare elements of high quality dishes, prepare vegetables/meats/fish, assist other chefs, help with deliveries/restocking, stock rotation, cleanliness, and uphold kitchen/food safety standards. Apprentices will work 30 hours per week with on-the-job training towards a Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 12 months, with paid hours and benefits including holidays and discounts; flexible hours and opportunities for development within Upham Inns’ pubs and associated brands.
