Job Summary
Map the market through rigorous research, source and approach potential candidates, and assess their suitability and interest in senior-level positions. Work closely with Partners and Consultants to identify top talent by deeply understanding client business needs, managing multiple assignments simultaneously under tight timelines. Engage credibly with senior figures and build relationships over the telephone and in person to deliver best-in-class research and become a trusted advisor. This role offers development within a partnership-driven executive search firm operating across 58 offices in 32 countries. You will work in a hybrid model, typically spending a minimum of two days in the office.
